Rosie had her right stifle (hind knee) repaired and secured with tension wire. She will have to be confined to a crate for some weeks for recovery, but we are quite hopeful that she will be feeling much better soon!Immediately after the surgery she was really out of it from the anesthesia-- completely disoriented and afraid and acting very nutty. But by morning she was allowing us to pet her and hold her and she was eating some food.
We will keep you all posted on her road to rehab on here. Thanks so very much to everyone who has made a donation to help pay for her surgery. It turned out to be very, very expensive and Cats' Angels could use some more donations to pay off the bill.
